Water levels are high!
We’re having flashbacks to February 2023 when the Vaal River flooded and was the highest it had been in 50years.
Our camp was sadly washed away but our incredible team rebuilt it better and brighter than ever.

Here the camp is surving some incredibly high water after the last week of heavy rains. We’ll keep you high and dry in any weather in our beautiful glamping camp!

Hadeda Creek is a lovely venue on the banks of the Vaal River, with great facilities, a conference venue and ample grounds for team-building activities. We did an Amazing Race-style activity, which worked very well in the setting. The tented rooms are good enough ...basic really and clean although they can get very cold in winter, especially if the electric blanket is not working which unfortunately was my experience. They also have river rafting which was a real highlight and lots of fun. Overall, it is a great venue for group retreats, conferences and outdoor activities. I also had there is a hike one can do but didn't get to do that. Would love to visit again...the sunset takes your breath away. In my view, best suited for groups.
